The mistake multi-geography leaders make earliest is assuming that what built trust in one market will automatically build it in another. It rarely does. Directness that reads as efficient in one room reads as abrasive in the next.
What travels well isn't a communication style — it's consistency. Teams across both regions, in my experience, forgive a lot of stylistic difference if they trust that the same standard applies to everyone, in every room, every time.
